Mill Director, Ilya Abulkhanov collaborated with Russian protest art collective, Pussy Riot, on their latest music video titled ‘Hangerz’ featuring Vic Mensa and JunglePussy. The powerful track is an outcry for reproductive freedom for all women. Ilya Abulkhanov developed the visuals that act as both a contextualization and visualization of the messaging in an overt manner. The visuals feature a tactile speed-read of the lyrics whilst leaning heavily on typography, composition, textures, layered colours and effects.
